We also create avenues for Live video calls and Live online site inspections. We have legal personnel on ground to verify and witness transactions and dealings were necessary.

Yes, we have a highly skilled architect in our team as a company. We will forward copies of completed architectural design to you for your perusal and approval. Our focus is to keep you secured and satisfied.

You can forward us any architectural drawings, we will usually make a site visit to meet the location and cross-check  the work. We will keep communication open as much as possible for constant dialogue as our aim is to deliver exactly what our clients require.

Any detailed information that involves a breakdown of the work to be executed, such as designs, architectural plan, schedule of work and any contract particulars you may have. All these items can aid us in providing you with a formal quotation.

Payment is absolutely not required upfront. All respectable real estate and building companies will not require the full balance upfront. A detailed contract will be drawn up which will state milestones customized to your project/works and when interim payments will be required. The final payment will be required only upon final completion. Our most common payment terms are between 3 and 4 intervals depending on the nature of the project.

Absolutely. All the photographs uploaded here are either  pictures of previously completed or on-going projects and they are all subject to any form of verification.

You will be afforded the opportunity to do a final walk through at the end of the project. That will be your opportunity to request that we fix or carry out any finishing touches/issues before our final handing over. We work so hard to ensure that our work execution  is excellent and flawless. Any other extra improvements that is outside the agreed scope of work shall be charged differently.
